Orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Unless it is a pre-order, then the item will be processed within 3-7 business days of the release date.

You will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase and a shipping confirmation once the item is dispatched.

Shipping Information
Thank you so much for supporting my books and shopping directly through my website. Every order is packed with care (and probably a little emotional damage from morally gray vampires).
Processing Times
Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. During new releases, preorder periods, and restocks, processing times may be slightly longer.
Signed and personalized copies require additional handling time.
Preorders
If your order includes a preorder item, your package will ship once all items in the order are available, unless otherwise stated. Please carefully review the preorder dates listed on product pages before purchasing.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can stalk your package like Kane stalks Serenity.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once packages are shipped, delivery times are handled by the carrier. I am not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, customs, or carrier issues. If your package appears lost, please contact me, and I’ll do my best to help.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery so we can work toward a solution.
Refund Policy

Due to the nature of books and signed merchandise, all sales are final.

We only accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Contact Charley.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

If eligible, we will send a replacement or offer a refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Digital downloads, eBooks, and signed items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
